DIMARA, informs that all products available in its online store are eligible for exchange and / or return. The user has at his disposal, a specific form that he can fill out and, thus, formalize his intention of exchange or return. We also inform you that the deadline for exchanges or returns is up to 14 days after delivery.
The items to be exchanged / returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging and without any signs of opening or use.
